We accept full and short papers, which will be peer reviewed. All submissions will receive formal feedback from reviewers. The process includes an opportunity for authors to respond to reviewers comments. Papers that are accepted will be published in the conference proceedings. Authors will be required to present at the conference.

  • Long papers 20 minute presentation +10 min Q&A
  • Short papers (2k-3k words) – 10 minute presentation +5 min Q&A

All papers must include (abstract 250-350 words, three to five keywords, full or short papers)

  • Full papers should be 5000-6000 words in length including bibliography and abstract.
  • Short papers should be between 2000-3000 words in length including bibliography and abstract.

Poster presentations

Posters are welcome about work-in- progress, initial research, projects in early stages or practice case studies. Posters should be a maximum of A2 in size. Please submit a 300-500 word abstract to Jeff Boehm:

Alternative presentations

We welcome a range of interactive presentation styles, besides the traditional academic paper. Participants are encouraged to offer workshop-style sessions, debates and visually innovative sessions. Please contact Jeff Boehm:
